Outlook Express is no longer available on new PCs

As far as i know, Outlook Express has been replaced by Windows Mail on newer PCs that come pre-loaded with MS Vista. Besides that, i havent received an email message, that has been written with Outlook Express for a long time. Most of the users really seem to have moved to web based email (mainly Yahoo, MSN, Google plus many local providers) for sending private email messages. Some are also using "real MS Outlook" for that matter, but Outlook Express seems to be pretty much gone and i have yet to receive my first email message written with Windows Mail.
